Blake Harris
Following the public emergence of the Internet in the 1990s, Blake Harris—formerly an investigative and business journalist—began serious exploration of the short- and long-term social impacts of the digital revolution. For more than a decade, he was chief editor and lead writer of Government Technology’s award-winning futurist magazines, Visions and Digital Communities—paper and online publications that featured many of the world’s leading futurists and technology innovators. And for a period, collaborating with Eric McLuhan, Marshall McLuhan’s eldest son and co-author, Blake also headed up Probe, a futurist think tank project at the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology, University of Toronto, which was later the inspiration for the ProbeX UFO Project. This led to the development of the Dark Ufology hypothesis.
