For more than a decade, he was chief editor and lead writer of <em>Government Technology&#8217;s <\/em>award-winning futurist magazines, <em><strong>Visions<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Digital Communities<\/strong><\/em>\u2014paper and online publications that featured many of the world&#8217;s leading futurists and technology innovators. And for a period, collaborating with Eric McLuhan, Marshall McLuhan&#8217;s eldest son and co-author, Blake also headed up <em><strong>Probe<\/strong><\/em><strong>,<\/strong> a futurist think tank project at the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology, University of Toronto, which was later the inspiration for the <em>ProbeX UFO Project. <\/em>This led to the development of the Dark Ufology hypothesis.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To write to us privately, use the form below.
